my to do list
Here is a partial list of just the biggest things on my plate right now:
- negotiate sub-lease on half my store
- re-brand my store as a design services business
- launch my web site (after firing the useless web guy who cannot admit to his shortcomingsbecause he is a "nice guy ™")
- create a personal brand to sell stuff that is more mine (etsy.com/shop/jenipertree)
- start a non-profit to save small businesses all over my town, fundraise enough money to make this not be a volunteer effort.
- create a new pop-up shop inside my neighbor's store for all the stuff that is highly profitable BUT I simply don't want to talk to the people who want to buy it
- create line of products that I design and manufacture
- start a birthday party business with a friend of mine
- buy the building my store is in and become a professional landlord
I don't even know where to begin. But I have to do at least some of it. Or the list will become:
- liquidate and close my store
- watch every store around me go out of business and the whole world fall apart
- stare into the endless abyss of DOOM
- retire to my house and never get dressed in real clothes and never again speak face to face with another adult human being
- Other bad things that I haven't even imagined yet but that I am sure will come to me around 3am
So the first thing I am going to do is,
post a bunch of stuff to the etsy site I set up. How that will help the other things is not clear except for the fact that it will raise my happiness level somewhat. And I am in limbo on the first half of the list until I have more information from other people. Then dinnerMaybe yoga
